Rustic Buds currently delivers, setup and pick up floral rentals and decor in the city of Chicago, Indiana and surrounding Illinois suburbs. To ensure the secure delivery and setup of your order, Rustic Buds can schedule to setup your floral rentals and decor one day prior to your event if your venue may allow. All rental deliveries and pick ups will be scheduled by our event coordinating team to help make your wedding or event process seamless as possible.
All wedding bouquets and boutonnieres are made to order and may take up to 1 - 2 weeks to be designed. "Due to our current order volume". Table floral centerpieces and decor are delivered, setup and picked up the same day after the event. To avoid additional charges clients must return all floral centerpieces and decor rentals by the end of the event day, or by the next day after the event. If all floral rentals and decor are not returned by the date and time in the service agreement the client will be charged a 15% late fee that will be based off the bills total balance in addition to all rentals market rate. To help avoid any extra charges the date and pick-up time for our delivery staff will be advised by our event coordinator and printed for your review in your service agreement.
Rustic Buds requires that clients return all rentals in the same condition as received. Any unreturned rentals or damaged floral or decor will cause the client to be billed for each rentals market rate. Our floral centerpieces, wedding arches and table top decor retail market rates range from $100 - $850 per item. To avoid any additional fees, our event coordinator will go over all details of your delivery and pick up times.
